Thank you for your interest in participating in the Pano Arode Christmas Market! Below you will find all the necessary information you need to know before submitting the interest form.

Applications & Approval: Submitting this form constitutes an expression of interest in participating and does not guarantee your participation in the Christmas market.

The deadline for submitting applications is October 4, 2026.

All applications will be evaluated and selected exhibitors will be notified via email. If you have not received a response by October 11, 2026, please contact us.

Food Exhibitor Certification: All food vendors are required to provide proof of valid certification from the competent health authorities.

Cost & Payment: Below you will find the participation cost, depending on the type of booth you choose and the days of your participation. Payment details will be sent to you once your participation is confirmed.

What is provided: Each exhibitor will be provided with a table, two chairs and, if selected, a tent. If you have your own tent/gazebo, you may bring it, but please state this on the entry form.

Christmas Decorations: All exhibitors should decorate their tables with Christmas decorations. Battery-operated lights are a great way to create a warm and festive atmosphere. Exhibitors should bring their own table covers and decorations.

Booth Assignment: Your participation will be finalized after you are selected, make the payment and after we receive the payment receipt. Payment instructions will be sent to you along with the confirmation email of your selection. Instructions for the location of your booth will be sent to you at a later stage.

Cancellation Policy: Participation fees are non-refundable. In case of cancellation, please inform us as soon as possible.
