Applications & Approval: Submitting this form registers your interest in participating.

Please note that submission does not guarantee a place, all applications will be reviewed and confirmed vendors will be notified by email (kindly also check your junk/spam folder, as our reply may occasionally land there).

Food Vendors certification: All food vendors are required to provide proof of valid certification from the relevant health authorities.
Additional conditions for food vendors: Each food vendor as a support for community event provides daily 20 tokens for food for volunteers and staff of the event. Tokens must be given to coordinators of the event at the beginning of each day, before 12 AM

Charges & Payment: Please find below the charges depending on your chosen stall type and participation days. Payment details will follow once your selection is confirmed.
